About the Mod

The IPECAC Community Mod is a free fan-made expansion under development for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth +. The mod includes new items, characters, enemies, secrets, and much more, many of which were suggested by other fans of the game, and were collected through platforms such as Reddit and Discord. Currently, the mod is in its pre-release state, and with the upcoming release of the new DLC The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, the project is expected to migrate to it and have a full release. In addition to the current content, many new enemies, items and even new floors will be released over time from our large collection of user submitted ideas! Got an idea you want to suggest?
